Sierra Ralphs, MSN, FNP-C

Sierra Ralphs, MSN, FNP-C, is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Brigham Young University-Idaho and her Master of Science in Nursing from Gonzaga University. Before stepping into her role as a nurse practitioner, Sierra spent over six years as a registered nurse, where she developed a deep foundation in primary care across all stages of life. Her graduate clinical training further broadened her experience across pediatrics and women's health.

Sierra's path into healthcare was shaped by her own personal health journey — witnessing firsthand the impact a compassionate provider can have during life's most vulnerable moments inspired her to become that person for others. At CFLH, she is committed to creating a space where patients feel heard, supported, and empowered, believing that great care is about walking alongside patients through every season of life.

Outside the clinic, Sierra loves exploring the outdoors and gathering with friends and family — and is always up for a competitive game of Pinochle. She is proud to call the Boise area home.
