At Center for Lifetime Health, we offer a wide variety of wellness services for our patients such as annual physicals and adult immunizations.

ANNUAL PHYSICALS

Through annual physicals, you and your Primary Care Physician can get a thorough look at your overall well-being and create benchmarks for the future.

ADULT IMMUNIZATIONS

Vaccines that we offer for adults include: Influenza, Tetanus, Diphtheria, Pertussis (Td/Tdap), Pneumovax, Prevnar, Gardisil (HPV), Shingrix, Hepatitis A/B, Typhoid


Disease management

When it comes to managing chronic conditions, our providers want to make sure you are taken care of every step of the way. With support and patient education, you can be sure to get all the care you need right in our facility. Through an established relationship with your primary care provider, we can work towards managing your disease throughout your lifetime.

Most common diseases we manage are: hypertension, thyroid disorders, diabetes, high cholesterol, asthma, arthritis, obesity, anxiety & depression.


Pediatric Care

Our practice is focused on providing care to people of all ages. Through child development, having an established provider is crucial to keeping up on immunizations as well as tracking growth and keeping an eye on any health concerns. Through well child checks, immunizations, and school physicals, you can be sure that your child is being cared for every step of the way.

WELL CHILD CHECKS

Well Child Checks are meant to monitor your babies growth and development. It is also the opportunity to raise any concerns related to their behavior, sleep, and eating habits. Our providers will guide you through the recommended schedule for your child’s well child checks.

SCHOOL PHYSICALS

Make sure that your children are ready for the new school year by getting a school physical. Your child will complete an eye exam, have their vitals checked, and go over medical and immunization history.

IMMUNIZATIONS

We offer most vaccines for children from birth to 18 years of age.


dietary counseling

Our office has an on-site dietitian! Ryan Vance, RDN, LD, has 10 years of experience providing dietary counseling to people of all ages. He specializes in helping people lose and manage their weight as well as fighting diseases through the power of proper nutrition.

DISEASE PREVENTION

Ryan provides clients with evidence-based nutrition recommendations and material that allows them to clearly understand the disease process and how nutrition interventions can improve their condition and lead to a better quality of life.    

WEIGHT MANAGEMENT

Weight management can be really challenging. And that’s largely because making change is never easy and in order to see long lasting and healthful improvements we need a long term, healthy and sustainable plan. Ryan will help evaluate your relationship with food, work towards developing SMART goals, that are important to you,  and provide you with resources to help implement changes.


women’s health

Our office currently has two Nurse Practitioners on staff that have an extensive knowledge on women’s health. Terryn Martin, DNP, and Colleen Shackelford, NP-C, are committed to finding the best solutions for our female patients when it comes to their contraceptive and gynecology needs.

CONTRACEPTIVE

With the many forms of contraceptive, it can be hard to find one that is right for you. Our providers will walk you through every option and find which one would fit your lifestyle the best. For contraceptive implants such as IUD’s and Nexplanon’s, procedures can be done in house with any of our providers.

GYNECOLOGY

Our providers can also manage any of your gynecology needs. Services such as pap smears, pelvic exams, endometrial biopsies, and cultures can all be done within house. When needed, they will refer to a specialist for further treatment.


Acute Care

Our providers are able to manage most acute care cases that come through our doors. From injuries to illnesses, our services include but are not limited to:

  • Minor injuries

  • Cold symptoms

  • Vomiting

  • Constipation

  • Eye symptoms

  • Gastrointestinal illness

  • Rash/ Hives

  • Minor burns, cuts, and other wounds

  • Sinus symptoms

  • Respiratory illness

  • Allergic reactions (minor)

  • STD Screenings
