John J Eck M.D.
Dr. Eck received his Medical Doctorate from the University of Nevada
School of Medicine in 1989. He trained at the Family Medicine Residency
of Idaho from 1989-1992. Dr Eck has been in private practice since
completion of his residency and is Board Certified through the American
Board of Family Medicine. Dr Eck has privileges at both St Alphonsus
and St. Luke's Regional Medical Centers. Dr Eck enjoys Family Medicine
because of its focus on health of the total person and values his
long-term relationships he has established with his patients and their
entire families.
Dr. Eck has four almost always great children and a fabulous wife.
He enjoys his involvement in the community, non-profit organizations,
and medical staff leadership.
In his spare time, Dr. Eck enjoys spending time with his family, hiking,
snowshoeing, waterskiing, or most anything outdoors.

After completing his Bachelors of Arts in biology from Lewis & Clark
College in Portland, Oregon in 1987 Dr. Gee received his M.D. degree
from Oregon Health Sciences University in 1991. He trained at the
Family Practice Residency of Idaho in Boise from 1991-1994. He has
been board certified through the American Board of Family Medicine
from 1995 to the present and has hospital privileges at both St Alphonsus
and St Luke's regional Medical Centers. Dr. Gee enjoys all aspects of
family medicine from newborn care through adult medicine with particular
interest in travel medicine given his international medical experiences
in Indonesia. He has life experience as a husband and father of 4
children. His personal interests include running, gardening, international
travel and spending time in the outdoors with his family.

Julie Scott graduated from Idaho State University Physician Assistant Program with honors in 1999.
Since then, she has been a family practice PA, first in Pocatello and now here in Boise.
Julie loves family practice because it gives her the opportunity to watch families develop and grow.
While working in family practice, she earned a master's degree in PA studies from the University
of Nebraska in 2004.
Julie and her family have lived in Boise since 2004. She grew up in Pocatello, where her parents
owned an office-supply business. Julie and her husband have two children, who keep them busy and
happy. They love to ride bicycles, ski, and - since starting with Center for Lifetime Health - run.
